Brussels Electronic Music Festival

Brussels Electronic Music Festival: Bozar puts on his dancing shoes. More than thirty acts and DJs will perform at the Center for Fine Arts during three nights. This dance event combines electronic music with art. (You can compare BEMF with Sónar in Barcelona and Mutek in Montréal.)

Storytelling is at the heart of Art Direction and it often wants to capture the essence. Electronic music festivals love to experiment with visuals, technology and light shows. Inspired by this I created stationary that repeats a visual thin line logo that refers to the many light sabers and energy you often see on the dance floor. By grouping the artist names by day, the information is easy accessible to the audience. By placing the name of the festival vertically and in white, it stands out next to the rest of the given information.
