Het Laatste Nieuws—the absolute market leader in daily newspapers— delivers the everyday reality to their readers, and provides a combination of national and international news, sport, regional news, entertainment and lifestyle. Het Laatste Nieuws (HLN) is a Flemish newspaper founded in 1888 in Brussels and is published by DPG Media. The origins of the newspaper are liberal and secular.

Our main challenge was to translate everyday Belgian & worldly news into a printed paper. To do so, we kept ourselves updated with the latest news events, attending daily meetings and keeping ourselves visually inspired by continuously creating new concepts, ideas and infographics for pages. When you are part of a big editorial system, you consult daily with editors, journalists, designers and photographers.

We saw a growing number of total readers (which is good for advertisement -main income for traditional media & press-) with +25% in the North of Belgium.
